CebuDoc launches ‘Center for Aesthetics and Laser’
AS the first hospital-based aesthetics center in the Visayas and Mindanao, it was a milestone for not just the company but also for Cebu as the CebuDoc Group of Hospitals launched its new Center for Aesthetics and Laser last Aug. 1.
Considered a flagship project, the Center for Aesthetics and Laser marks the start of CebuDoc Group’s Wellness Complex.
“Aside from being healthy, people also want to look and feel good,” said CebuDoc Group of Hospitals president and chairman of the Board Dr. Potenciano “Yong” Larrazabal III on why they decided to open an aesthetics center. “A vision will remain a vision until we change the ‘I’ in illness to ‘We” and make it wellness,” he said.
The new specialty center, which is decked out in chic white and blue accents, has four operating rooms: two for dermatology and laser and two for plastic surgeries. Aside from state-of-the-art equipment and tech, the center also has some of the best board-certified dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
The center offers a comprehensive array of services including skin treatments like hair removal, skin lightening, acne scar treatment, sculpting, skin firming; as well as plastic surgery procedures like rhinoplasty, tracheal shaving and chin augmentation.
Representing genuine beauty and wellness, Binibining Cebu 2017 Queens Apriel Smith, Maria Gigante and Samantha Lo have been tapped as ambassadors of the new aesthetics center.
The Center for Aesthetics and Laser is located on the fifth level of Medical Arts Building 2 in Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital.
